Dr. Bolinger grew up in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. He then completed a residency in animal reproduction at Texas A&M University in 1986, and went to teach as an Assistant Professor at Mississippi State University, becoming a Board Certified Theriogenologist (animal reproduction specialist). In 1990, Dr. Bolinger returned to the Northwest with his wife and two sons, where he opened Blue Sky Veterinary Clinic in Bend, Oregon. Dean enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, traveling, and hiking.

I have been practicing Veterinary Medicine in Oregon since 2006, previously I was in Sonoma County, CA from 1979. I have many years of experience in Emergency Medicine and Geriatrics. Advanced Dentistry is my main area of interest and study. I am involved with the Peter Emily International Veterinary Dental Foundation, on the board of the COVMA and the OVMA and belong to the American Veterinary Dental Society. Outside the office I participate in triathlons, backpacking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, camping; pretty much all outdoor activities. I am honored to work with my clients and their companions to help them lead happy, healthy lives. I am dedicated to all animals health and well-being.

Dr. Loomis grew up in Simsbury, Connecticut. After completing an undergraduate degree in English literature and French, Dr. Loomis attended Washington State University, where she changed her focus to veterinary medicine. Dr. Loomis graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. An avid runner, hiker, and camper, Dr. Loomis had often visited Central Oregon, and upon graduation she moved to Bend and began practicing Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Loomis enjoys spending time with her husband, Wayne, and her fourteen-month-old daughter, Olivia.

Dr. Moles graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, where he focused on small animal critical care medicine and surgery. He practiced emergency medicine for two years in Houston, Texas, before his dream of living near the mountains led him to Central Oregon in the spring of 2004. Since moving to Bend, Dr. Moles has practiced emergency medicine at the Animal Emergency Center of Central Oregon, where he has recently assumed the position of Medical Director.
